chemical dosing systems

We have designed the electronics and control firmware for several products that were used to deliver the appropriate amount of cleaning or sterilization chemicals into a water feed line or wash tank.

Altogether we helped create six or seven different models of dosing equipment.  These dose control machines were attached to dishwashers, sterilization machines, laundry machines and other cleaning equipment.  The dosing systems were deployed into nursing homes, dairy facilities, restaurants, airports, vegetable packing plants, and other commercial or industrial situations where there was a need to run a wash process over a long periods of time with minimal human attention to the dose delivery.
